We will be taking a winter break from July 6-19 (NSW school hols). You can still place orders now, and also while we are on break. If we receive but don't finish testing your samples they will be first in line when we re-open.
British bulldog health mini-panel
Summary
Panels are groups of tests that are often chosen together.
This panel includes seven tests for genetic variants with health consequences known to occur in British bulldogs. These tests are: airways oedema (ADAMTS3), CDDY/IVDD, CMR1 (congenital multifocal retinopathy Mastiff type), DM (degenerative myelopathy), HUU (hyperuricosuria) and cystinuria markers (two markers).
More information about each of these disorders is available on their individual pages.
It is possible to order each of these tests individually. It is only necessary to test puppies for disorders where one or both parents are carriers.
Breeders may choose to add screw tail (DVL2 gene) to their testing. It is currently a fixed trait in this breed.
