We will be taking a winter break from July 6-19 (NSW school hols). You can still place orders now, and also while we are on break. If we receive but don't finish testing your samples they will be first in line when we re-open.
Add to, update or request copies of results from previous orders
This page lets you request:
- A summary of all your previous test results
- Extra testing for a previously tested animal
- A reprint of a report for a previously tested animal
- Updates to animal ownership
We may get in touch to confirm your request. Our turnaround time for requests: 1-2 working days.
1. Request a summary of all previous test results
If you have lost track of which animals you have tested or just want a nice tidy summary table you can request a summary report.
This report is in PDF format and can take one or two working days to be sent out. Give us the same email address that you have previously used to place orders.
2. Request extra tests
Already tested your animal with us? You can request extra tests here.
Once we have checked our archives we will let you know whether you need to send a fresh sample (we store samples for five years, but sometimes your previous testing has used it all). We will also send you an invoice for payment. There is no sample processing fee.
3. Request a single reprint
If you have misplaced a report we can send you another copy.
We can't give you a copy of results for other people's animals.
4. Update ownership
Are you so organised that you're passing on your animal's testing records to their new owner? What a champion!
